JWM provides assessment of the structural condition, stability, and adequacy of existing façades. We have performed these services on façades of many different sizes, constructed with a variety materials.

Because of our experience with many different buildings, we have seen a wide variety of material and design successes and failures. Our work on façade repair and/or replacement is therefore a combination of time-tested efforts, modern solutions, and the most economical materials. We investigate and assess the building envelope, analyze the structural issues and their relation to the architectural performance of the building, we then provide designs for repair and or replacement of façade elements.

JWM provides Local Law 11 Inspections and related repair design work.
